Is it true that elderberries have loads of calcium? More than milk maybe?
Elderberry’s have 38 grams of calcium per 100 grams of elderberries. Milk has 291 mg of calcium per 8 oz.
Thanks for the list. My rabbits chewing on an elm branch and I thought I’d better check.
How much calcium would a spam elderberry milkshake have?
